Quality is not a certificate on a wall — it is what happens when a raw material arrives out of specification and someone has to stop the line. Here is how that works at LAEYO.
Certifications and audits
- GMPC — Good Manufacturing Practice for cosmetics, audited.
- ISO 22716 — cosmetics GMP aligned; production and documentation follow the standard.
- ISO 9001 — quality management system.
- Halal — certification for relevant product lines and markets.
- Bureau Veritas — third-party audit and verification.
- 6 utility patents — mixing, incubation, vacuum drying and water treatment equipment.
Quality control points
- Raw materials — identity, COA, microbial and heavy-metal checks per lot.
- In-process — pH, viscosity, homogeneity, fill weight and seal integrity.
- Finished goods — appearance, odour, centrifuge, stability and microbiological testing.
- Retention — samples and batch records kept for five years.
- Packaging — compatibility, drop test and 40 °C / 75% RH transit simulation.

What we will not do
We do not copy a protected formula, we do not print a claim the formula cannot support, and we do not ship a batch that failed a test. If a project cannot be made compliant for your market, we will say so before you pay a deposit.
