Seven stages from first call to shipment. Every stage has a named owner and a deliverable, so you always know what is happening and what is next.
Step 1 · Requirement discussion
You share product positioning, target market, efficacy, format, budget and estimated quantity. Our sales and R&D team assess feasibility, recommend the right model (private label, ODM, OEM or sample match) and issue a preliminary proposal with pricing direction.
- Deliverable: project brief, recommended model, indicative MOQ and price
- Timeline: 1–2 working days
Step 2 · Sampling and approval
The lab develops the formula or matches your reference. You test texture, scent, appearance and efficacy, send feedback, and we iterate until you seal the sample. Both sides keep a signed retention sample.
- Deliverable: sealed approval sample and specification sheet
- Timeline: 7–10 days per round, usually 2–3 rounds
Step 3 · Packaging and artwork
We help select bottles, jars, tubes, sachets and cartons, coordinate decoration and review artwork for mandatory text. Filling and compatibility trials run before the mass-production order.
- Deliverable: approved packaging, artwork file and filling trial report
- Timeline: 5–10 days, depending on sourcing
Step 4 · Contract and scheduling
Both sides confirm sample, price, MOQ and delivery date, then sign the contract. The deposit locks raw materials and packaging, and your production slot is scheduled.
- Deliverable: signed contract, deposit receipt, production schedule
- Timeline: 2–3 days
Step 5 · Material inspection and production
Every incoming raw material is checked against specification. Emulsifying, filling, sealing, labelling and packing run in the 100,000-class cleanroom with in-process inspection throughout.
- Deliverable: batch records, in-process QC reports, line samples
- Timeline: 15–25 days depending on format and quantity
Step 6 · Finished goods testing and compliance
The lab runs physical, chemical and microbiological tests. Where required, third-party efficacy or safety testing is arranged, and the documentation package for your market is prepared: CPSR, CPNP, FDA, Halal or GCC requirements.
- Deliverable: COA, stability and micro reports, compliance file
- Timeline: 5–10 days, parallel with packing
Step 7 · Shipment and after-sales
Final inspection, export packing, booking and documents. After delivery we support replenishment, formula adjustments and next-range development.
- Deliverable: packing list, commercial invoice, B/L or AWB, inspection photos
- Timeline: 3–7 days to hand over to the carrier
