Manufacturing Facilities

10,000 m² in Guangzhou: mixing, filling, packing and warehousing, laid out for export orders.

Our plant sits in Guangzhou, within reach of the packaging cluster in the Pearl River Delta — which is the practical reason a new bottle or a reprinted carton can arrive in days rather than weeks.

Layout

The building is organised by process flow rather than by department, so material moves forward and never back. Raw material warehouse, weighing and dispensing, emulsifying hall, filling hall, packing hall, finished goods warehouse, and a separate quality laboratory with its own sample retention room.

Production areas

  • Emulsifying vessels from 50 kg pilot scale to 2,000 kg production scale, with vacuum and homogenising capability
  • Water treatment by reverse osmosis and distillation, with conductivity monitoring at the point of use
  • Multiple filling lines for liquids, creams, tubes and bottles, plus semi-automatic lines for short runs and samples
  • Dedicated area for colour cosmetics and fragrance, separated to control cross-contamination
  • In-line checkweighing and coding

Environment and utilities

The production halls are temperature and humidity controlled, with filtered air and positive pressure in the filling areas. Floors are epoxy-sealed and drained, walls are washable, and cleaning between batches follows a written procedure with a verification step. Water, compressed air and HVAC are monitored on a schedule rather than on complaint.

Warehousing and export handling

Finished goods are stored on pallets in a covered warehouse with pest control and stock rotation. We handle export documentation, carton marking, palletisation to the destination standard, and container loading with photo records — the part of a shipment where problems usually surface is the part we document most heavily.

Capacity

Current output supports both small first orders and recurring programmes. The constraint is usually packaging lead time rather than filling capacity, which is why we plan packaging first. For seasonal peaks, tell us the shipping window at the quoting stage so production can be scheduled around it instead of after it.

Visiting

Buyers are welcome to visit, and a factory audit is a reasonable thing to ask for. If travel is not practical, we can arrange a live video walk-through of the specific line your product will run on, at a time that suits your working day. See quality control for what an audit would look at.
