Contract manufacturing is the right model when the formula is already yours. Perhaps you developed it in-house, bought it, or have been making it with another supplier and need additional or replacement capacity. Our job is to reproduce it exactly, batch after batch.
Two supply routes
Customer-supplied materials. You purchase raw materials and ship them to us; we store, verify and consume them against your formula. This gives you full control over ingredient provenance, which matters for organic, fair-trade or single-origin claims.
We purchase to your specification. You specify approved suppliers and grades; we buy, receive and test against your specification. Less administration for you, and usually better pricing because we buy in volume.
Before the first batch
- Raw material verification against your specification and your destination market's restrictions
- Packaging compatibility and fill-line trial
- Pilot batch with full in-process checks
- Signed master batch record and quality agreement
- NDA and, where required, an exclusivity clause covering your formulation
During production
Every batch carries a record: material lots, weights, process parameters, in-process checks, filling and packing counts, and the operator and supervisor sign-off. Retained samples are kept for five years, which is longer than most market requirements, because a claim made two years ago still needs to be defensible.
What we will not do
We will not produce a formula we believe infringes someone else's intellectual property. If your formula contains an ingredient that is restricted or banned in your target market, we will raise it before the first batch rather than after customs does. Both are uncomfortable conversations, and both are cheaper early.
Capacity and lead time
Standard lead time is 25–35 days after materials and artwork are confirmed, depending on format and quantity. Semi-finished and bulk supply is faster. For recurring programmes we hold safety stock of your approved materials so a repeat order does not restart the procurement clock.
If you do not yet have a formula, see custom formula development. If what you need is bulk concentrate to fill locally, see semi-finished product manufacturing.
