How the process runs
We start with a short brief: category, positioning, price shelf, target market and quantity. Within two working days you receive a shortlist of formulas with specification sheets, indicative pricing and the packaging options that fit your budget. Pick two or three, we send samples, you test them, we refine the texture or scent if needed, and then you approve artwork and we schedule production.
Because the formula is already running, there is no stability testing queue and no development milestone to wait for. The critical path is packaging and artwork, not chemistry.
Where private label stops making sense
Private label cannot give you exclusivity. The same base may be sold under another brand in another market. If your business depends on a claim, a texture or an ingredient story that nobody else has, move to custom formula development — the cost is higher but the formula becomes yours.
Private label also has limits on personalisation: you cannot change the preservative system, the active level or the pH without turning it into a development project. If your brief needs any of those, tell us at the quoting stage so we can price it correctly rather than discover it later.

What we need from you
A category, a target retail price, a market, and a quantity. Artwork can come later. If you already have a packaging supplier, send us the component specification and we will confirm compatibility before you commit to a mould or a print run.
