Laiyue Biological Group is a skincare and cosmetics OEM/ODM manufacturer based in Guangzhou, China. We make products for startups, growing brands, retailers and distributors in Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East — from a single hero SKU to a complete routine.
In 2015, Zongchang Cosmetics merged with the Laiyao R&D centre and took the name Laiyue Biological. Twenty years of formulation work came together with a 10,000 m² production site: an in-house lab, a 100,000-class cleanroom, 50+ filling lines and a quality team that signs off every batch.
We are a factory, not a trading company. The people who develop your formula are the people accountable for the production run, the paperwork and the shipment date.

10,000 m² in Huadu, Guangzhou. Formulation and stability labs, a 100,000-class cleanroom, 50+ filling and packing lines, and a raw-material warehouse with lot-level traceability. Video tours and on-site audits are welcome — we would rather you see the line than read about it.

Quality & certifications
Production follows GMPC and is aligned with ISO 22716. Our quality system is audited by Bureau Veritas and covered by Halal certification for relevant lines. Product documentation is prepared per market: CPSR and CPNP input for the EU, MoCRA-era documentation and FDA registration support for the US, Halal and Arabic labelling for the GCC.

How we work
Brief → formula → sample approval → packaging and artwork → production and QC → compliance → shipment. Most projects reach first samples in 7–10 days and production in 25–35 days after artwork approval.
